Every morning for the past two months I’ve insisted that we have a household business meeting after the kids go to bed so we can discuss our 2014 budget, calendar entries, and any forecasted financial accruals or vacation plans. And every evening I make an unopposed motion to postpone that meeting until the next day because there are so many other, cooler things to do after the kids go to bed.
