Stuff is hard.

Your wife and your mom/nanny are out of town. In addition to all the other chaos of life with four kids of two working parents, your kindergartener needs to dress like a pilgrim on the morning of her school play. Parts of the costume have been provided, but they are impossible to figure out. Your kindergartener becomes aware of your incompetence and is now anxious, tearful, and justifiably afraid of looking like a fool. Do you: (a) do an internet search for “Russian brides”, (b) serve some white cheddar Cheez-its and pickles to restore the awesome factor, (c) flop around on the floor and moan to your oldest daughter until she figures it all out for you, or (d) all of the above, like a boss?
